If you are applying to Middle Tennessee Electric for utility service for the first time, complete and submit this form to start service at your new residence. We will contact you regarding payment. In addition, a connection fee of $45 will appear on your first service billing statement.
To transfer utility service, complete and submit this form. If there is a past due balance on the outgoing account, please make payment before submitting a request for transfer of service. A connection fee of $40 will appear on your first service billing statement.
