Board of Directors

Local leadership elected by local members

As a not-for-profit electric cooperative, Middle Tennessee Electric is a locally controlled and member-owned organization. Electric consumers from MTE are considered members and are encouraged to engage with the elected Board of Directors and the cooperative employees.

Every year, members gather for the MTE Annual Meeting to elect a  director from each district for three-year terms. The current board members are listed below with a contact form for any feedback or comments you’d like to provide.
