Middle Tennessee Electric crews will be working to improve residential electric service in Lebanon March 3, which will require outages in eastern parts of the city.
The scheduled work will require about 160 residences and 23 commercial businesses to be without power. The scheduled times for the outages are set to begin at 12 p.m. and last approximately until 4 p.m.
Specifically, the affected locations include Beard Avenue, Baddour Parkway, Newbell Street, C.L. Manier Street, Stokes Street and Beard Street. In addition, this will affect a portion of the Lebanon Housing Authority’s homes.
Crews will work to double power line voltage and replace aging transformers.
Should weather become inclement, the work will be postponed until March 5.
